We want you to feel confident engaging us. This policy explains how refunds of professional fees work.
Before work begins
If you have paid a professional fee and no work has yet been performed on your engagement, you may request a refund of that fee.
After work begins
Once we have begun work — verifying documents, preparing or filing an application or return — fees for work already done are non-refundable, because the professional service has been delivered.
Government dues
Any amount paid to the government (tax, fees or penalties) is never part of our professional fee and is governed by government rules, not this policy.
