Good outcomes are a partnership. To serve you well, we rely on a few things from you.
Accurate information
Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and data. We act on what you give us, and inaccurate information can lead to rejections, notices or penalties.
Timely data
For monthly filing especially, share your sales and purchase data before the due date. Late data risks late filing and avoidable late fees.
Responsiveness
Some steps — such as Aadhaar authentication or approving a return before filing — need your action. Prompt responses keep your work on schedule.
Government dues
You remain responsible for paying your actual GST liability to the government. Our role is to compute and file correctly and tell you what is payable.
